What is Kairos Outside? It is a three day weekend designed to support the families of men and women who are, or have been incarcerated in the country's state and federal correctional facilities, as well as county jails.

NCCC is one of the two unique Kairos Outside World Wide where our weekend is held inside the institution and all of the ladies on the weekend has a loved one that is incarcerated at NCCC.

The Community Service is a candlelight service that brings together members of the Christian Community to pray for, support, an how love to the guests attending the NCCC KO #5 weekend being held in the camp of North Central Correctional Complex. The service will be approximately an hour long, during which time we will sing, listen to a testimony, pray for the guests individually and then gather outside the front of the Entry Building in a designated place and display our candles as the guests leave the institution for the evening. The more candles, the greater the display of the love that will speak to the hearts of these women.
